These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZK77 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, sports betting, casino games, and all other services available to Pakistan players. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

The most important things to understand before you use ZK77.
ZK77 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Account registration requires age verification. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ZK77 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts created to exploit promotions are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bonuses on ZK77 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, and cards are all supported.
All ZK77 bonuses come with stated wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. Full details are in Section 8.
Use of bots, automated software, match fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension, withholding of balances, and reporting where applicable.

By accessing or using the ZK77 platform — whether through the website at zk77.vu, the ZK77 mobile app, or any other ZK77 service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any ZK77 service.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of ZK77 and constitute the complete agreement between you and ZK77 regarding your use of the platform. They take precedence over any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or verbal.
ZK77 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
By clicking "Register" and creating a ZK77 account, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, that these terms are legally binding on you, and that you understand the nature of online gaming and sports betting.
ZK77 services are available only to adults aged 18 years or above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. ZK77 takes underage access extremely seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt by persons under the age of 18 to register or use the platform.
ZK77 may request proof of age at any point — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid Pakistan CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport, or any other government-issued identification document that confirms your date of birth and identity.
If ZK77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any winnings generated during this period will be withheld and any deposits returned, subject to verification of the account holder's identity.
Each individual may hold only one ZK77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ZK77 reserves the right to close all but the first registered account, forfeit any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts, and in some cases suspend all associated accounts entirely.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid phone number, a working email address, and your date of birth. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZK77 login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you personally authorised those actions.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ZK77 support immediately. ZK77 cannot be held responsible for losses that result from your failure to keep your login credentials secure or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.
ZK77 staff will never ask you for your password through any channel — not live chat, not email, not phone. If anyone requests your password claiming to be ZK77 support, do not comply and report the contact immediately.
ZK77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on accounts before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances, including when an account exceeds specific deposit or activity thresholds. KYC verification is a standard industry requirement that protects both players and the platform from fraud and misuse.
To complete KYC verification, you will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your Pakistan CNIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address (issued within the last three months), and a selfie or photo for identity confirmation. All documents must be clear, legible, and unedited.
ZK77 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. Providing fraudulent, altered, or forged documents is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
ZK77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. ZK77 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your ZK77 account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank or card issuer. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact ZK77 support with your transaction reference number.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit within your ZK77 account. ZK77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification may have lower deposit limits applied to their accounts until verification is complete.
ZK77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside ZK77's control and are your responsibility to understand before depositing.
ZK77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Deposits that are subsequently reversed by the payment provider due to a chargeback or dispute will result in the equivalent amount being deducted from your ZK77 balance, along with any winnings generated using those funds.
Withdrawals from ZK77 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 4. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification documents have been reviewed and approved.
ZK77 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms and Conditions, or pending verification requirements. In such cases, ZK77 will communicate the reason for the delay and the steps required to resolve it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ZK77 account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service, enabling biometric login on the ZK77 app where available, and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
ZK77 strongly recommends that you do not access your account from public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN, and that you keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date so that ZK77 can contact you promptly if suspicious activity is detected on your account.
ZK77 uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your account data and transaction information. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You accept that ZK77's liability is limited in the event of a security incident that is beyond ZK77's reasonable control and not caused by ZK77's own negligence.
ZK77 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
All bonuses awarded by ZK77 carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) a stated number of times before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
ZK77 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, ZK77 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
Bonuses are intended as a reward for genuine gameplay. Using a bonus with the sole intention of extracting withdrawable cash through low-risk mechanical play is considered abuse of our promotional system and will be treated accordingly.
ZK77's sports betting section covers cricket (including Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches), football, esports, and a range of other sports. All bets placed on ZK77 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the sports betting section of the platform.
A bet is only accepted and confirmed once ZK77 has issued a written confirmation — visible in your bet slip and account bet history. A bet that has not been confirmed is not a valid bet. ZK77 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, including bets that exceed stated maximum stakes or bets placed on events where the platform has insufficient liquidity.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, or the ICC for international matches). ZK77 reserves the right to delay settlement where the official result is disputed or under review by the relevant governing body.
ZK77 may void bets in circumstances including: an event being cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared, a clearly erroneous price being offered due to a technical or human error, or evidence of match manipulation or fixing. Voided bets are returned to your account at the original stake.
ZK77's casino section includes slots, live casino tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and game shows), fish shooting games, and instant games. All casino games on ZK77 use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer-operated equipment. Game outcomes are not influenced by ZK77 in any way that benefits or disadvantages any individual player.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return across all players and all sessions — they do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or bet. Gaming involves risk, and players may lose their deposited funds.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, ZK77 systems will attempt to complete the round using the last recorded valid game state. If the round cannot be completed due to a server-side error, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake returned to your account. ZK77 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet connection, device, or any factor outside ZK77's direct control.
If you experience a technical issue during gameplay, take note of the game name, round ID (if visible), time of the issue, and the approximate amount involved, then contact ZK77 support. We investigate all reported technical issues and will credit your account where a provable error on our side has resulted in an incorrect outcome.
ZK77 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent banning from the platform:
ZK77 uses monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, coordinated account activity, and other indicators of prohibited conduct. Where ZK77 has reasonable grounds to suspect a violation, it may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice. ZK77's determination in such matters is final, subject to a formal dispute process available through our support team.

ZK77 does not offer gaming services to individuals who are in financial difficulty or who have indicated that gaming is negatively affecting their life. ZK77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete verification, or conduct that ZK77 considers harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach, ZK77 may withhold account balances pending investigation.
You may close your ZK77 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any valid withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
ZK77 will not reopen a permanently banned account. If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal dispute through the ZK77 support team with supporting documentation.
ZK77 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While ZK77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures may affect platform availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZK77's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim. ZK77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of the platform.
ZK77 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from: your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials; your use of the platform in a way that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions; events beyond ZK77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events; or decisions made by third-party game providers that affect the outcome of games hosted on the ZK77 platform.
ZK77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ZK77 will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document. For significant changes that affect your rights or the way you use the platform, ZK77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
If you continue to use the ZK77 platform after updated terms have been posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change to these terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
Previous versions of these Terms and Conditions are archived and available upon written request to ZK77 support if you need to refer to an earlier version for any reason.
